Our Experience

With a combined total of over sixty years in Health & Social Care Management, Quality Management, Health & Safety Management and Training, including Specialist Dementia, our services and systems are designed to work in real environments to produce real results. Every aspect of the system is fully tried and tested in 'real world' situations to ensure it will work for you from day one.
With our experience in the implementation and management of British, European and International Standards and Management & Quality Consultancy experience across numerous industry sectors, you can be sure the system will be simple and effective. Delivering the results you require time and again and allowing you to go beyond the bench mark of 'GOOD', based on the 'Fundamental Standards' and the 'Key Lines of Enquiry (KLOEs)'.
​System Development
With our extensive knowledge of ISO9001 Quality Management Systems, Audit and Compliance and Health & Social Care experience the system was originally designed as a set of 'Work Instructions' based on the National Minimum Standards. In 2009, the system was further developed and given a more comprehensive ISO 'Feel'. Local Authority requirements from Quality Assurance Frameworks and other Audit tools were also considered when developing the new Policies and Procedures in readiness for the launch of the Essential Standards of Quality and Safety. Further changes to the way the Care Quality Commission inspections take place prompted further development and alignment with the Health and Social Care Act 2008 (Regulated Activities) Regulations 2014.
The system was comprehensively trialled and the focus was on 'usability'. As a way of producing evidence to demonstrate compliance, the system needed to be user friendly and time efficient. A system with functionality was essential. Clients did not want to purchase a system that they then had to 'edit'..they may as well right it themselves if that was to be the case..!
Also, it was important to ensure the focus of the system concentrated on the 'Service Users' with the emphasis on Care Delivery with Dignity and Respect and always in a Safe and Controlled manor that promoted Person Centred Care
What we offer is a comprehensive and immediately usable Care Management System. Every Policy, Procedure and Form, ready to use with no alterations. Taking reference and best practice from publications from the Care Quality Commission, National Institute for Clinical Excellence, Department of Health, Social Care Institute of Excellence, Skills for Care and many more, the information was put into a user friendly system that is also a valuable training aid.
The decision was also made to keep the system 'local' and not a 'web based' system. You can install the system on any PC, Laptop or Tablet and you do not need internet access to view it....you can even have it in paper format..in a file and on a shelf..!!
From detailed Care Planning and Risk Assessments to site specific Safeguarding Arrangements (as required by CQC), and from Medication to Infection Control, every event surrounding daily living either in a Residential / Nursing Setting or in Domiciliary Settings, the system offers the most efficient and effective way for you to Manage the Service Delivery and produce the evidence that you do this.
Policies, Procedures and Forms include areas such as, Care Plans, Risk Assessments and Management, Safeguarding, Infection Control, Medication, Supervisions, Internal Audits, Health & Safety, Accidents & Incidents, Meetings, Surveys and various other processes concerned with care provision on a daily basis.
Also covered is every aspect of staff and business management and training. From Staff Recruitment and Application to Job Descriptions and Contracts and from Health & Safety to Business Continuity Planning, our Care Management System covers it all.

Compliance Visits

To support the Quality 'Documentation System' we also offer Quality Assurance and Compliance 'Site Visits'. We can ensure that working practices match with the Quality Management System and provide Full Quality Audits through to Specialist 'Tailored' Audits.

The visits are delivered in a cost effective way, carrying out numerous compliance checks and audits that cover all of the areas of the KLOEs.
